Fueldale: A Historical Overview of the Agricultural and Lumbering Community

Fueldale was an agricultural and lumbering community near Bastrop in central Bastrop County. It was named for a nearby coal mine that was in operation from 1870 until after 1900. In the 1940s it received its mail from Bastrop.
