Lake Crockett Estates: A Hidden Gem in Fannin County

Lake Crockett Estates is a tiny development on Farm Road 100 about nineteen miles northeast of Bonham in northeastern Fannin County. This community probably began during the latter half of the twentieth century after the development of nearby Lake Crockett in the 1930s. In 2000 the population was five.
