Discover Schicke Point: A Coastal Village in Calhoun County

Schicke Point is a coastal village located off County Road 473 on Carancahua Bay and Carancahua Pass in the eastern corner of Calhoun County. The community was shown on highway maps in the 1960s, but no population statistics were available until 2000, when the U.S. census listed seventy residents.
