Southridge Estates: A Growing Residential Community in Guadalupe County

Southridge Estates is a residential development located west of State Highway 123 about fifteen miles north of Seguin in northern Guadalupe County near the Hays County line. The community probably began in the 1970s. The first population statistics were available in 1990 when Southridge Estates reported 100 residents. In 2000 the population was 125.
