Timesville is a tiny rural community located off Farm Road 542 about twenty-three miles northeast of Centerville in northeastern Leon County. Highway maps during the 1930s showed a church, school, business, and numerous dwellings in the area. By the late twentieth century Timesville was still shown on maps, but no population figures were available.
