A small suggestion for wikicordo

[edit]

Hello Amir, thanks for your work on wikicordo. I saw your comment at Commons:Village pump#Educational use rationales for controversial content (a note from WMF Legal), and I thought of a small suggestion. I figured it might be better to put my suggestion here rather than there, since it's not really in-topic with the thread.

When adding a category using the the DR category picker, is it possible to also add the category with the <noinclude> tag? The <noinclude> tag's purpose is so that the daily DR list doesn't also transclude the category. Usually KrdBot will perform it automatically (e.g. [1]), but I just thought this suggestion can perhaps save the bot an extra edit. Thanks. Tvpuppy (talk) 18:19, 28 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Tvpuppy oh thanks. I wasn't aware. It's quite simple. I fix it ASAP. Amir (talk) 12:33, 2 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
